Monaco winger Keita Balde would welcome a move to the Premier League.
The 24-year-old has spent the last season on loan at Inter Milan but is not expected to make the move permanent.
The Ligue 1 outfit value Balde at £22m and £26m.
Wolves and West Ham United have previously shown an interest in Balde.
