AS Monaco midfielder Benjamin Henrichs insists Thierry Henry's appointment has been positive.
Arsenal legend Henry's arrival to replace the sacked Leonardo Jardim hasn't arrested Monaco's dismal form, but Henrichs is adamant he is turning things around.
"With him we came out of the crisis," said Henrichs.
"He is no longer loose, but very factual. There is not much fanfare about psychological tricks. He says we should just go out and play football.
"It's a clear feeling when he stands in front of you. And in away games, the players are no longer in demand with fans and media. Everyone pounces on the coach."
