Monaco have made a loan offer to Chelsea for Bakayoko, reports L'Equipe.

The 24-year-old is open to a return to his former club, but is stalling on a final agreement.

Bakayoko plans to wait to see if a side in the Champions League approach the Blues for his services.

The Frenchman spent last season on-loan with AC Milan.
