Moggi: Italy won't tempt Chelsea boss Conte; but AC Milan...?

Former Juventus sports chief Luciano Moggi can't see Chelsea boss Antonio Conte taking the Italy job.

Conte has been linked with an Azzurri return as FIGC prepare to sack Giampiero Ventura after their World Cup playoff failure.

However, Moggi can't see Conte taking the job, insisting he's more likely to succeed Vincenzo Montella at AC Milan.

He told TMW Radio: "Conte does not even think of us.

"Next year he could go to Milan. In the national team, one is needed like (Carlo) Ancelotti or (Fabio) Capello. But the decision and every situation is in the hands of those who have so far managed everything with the results we've seen."
