Former Juventus chief Luciano Moggi says Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho is over-rated. Moggi is no great fan of the former Chelsea manager and told Solo Calcio su Sportitalia: "Mourinho? He's an over-rated coach, partly because until now he has never been really tested.
"To win his matches, he relies on his champions."
