Incoming AC Milan sports director Massimiliano Mirabelli is planning a raid on Lazio.

Tuttosport says the departing Inter Milan chief scout pushed hard for the Nerazzurri to move for Lazio captain Lucas Biglia last summer.

And Mirabelli was also keen on Lazio striker Keita Balde Diao.

It's suggested he will make a move for Keita in January, with his appointment at Milan due to be confirmed in the coming days.

Inter coach Frank de Boer conceded this week losing Mirabelli was a blow.
