Liverpool star James Milner believes there is a lot of talent in the club's youth setup at the moment.
Milner and a few other senior players were involved in an intra-squad friendly on Saturday.
The game was an opportunity for the Reds to get some sharpness, as they had a week off from competitive action.
Ben Wooburn, Mateusz Musialowski and Melkamu Frauendorf were among the youth players involved in the contest. Kaide Gordon, who is only 16, was also playing.
Manager Jurgen Klopp had the chance to run the rule over some of the up and coming stars from the club's Academy.
Milner tweeted on Sunday: "Good to get some minutes in yesterday and get a look at the young lads...the future is in good hands."
