Liverpool starlet Stefan Bajcetic was nearly in trouble as a result of his forgetfulness.
The youngster has been impressive for the Reds recently, scoring off the bench against Aston Villa in a 3-1 Premier League win.
However, the 18-year-old came close to picking up a fine recently as he fell foul of a specific rule regarding his cell phone.
James Milner is in charge of ensuring that everyone follows the manager's rules, and he is the one who dishes out fines.
"We had a funny one the other day. Stefan left his phone on the bus. Nat Phillips brought it off and he pulled me at dinner. He's like 'Get on this,'" Milner told the We Are Liverpool podcast.
"He set an alarm every five minutes to go off during dinner. The first one goes off and I'm like 'Are you joking you? 17 years old and your phone's going off'. Everybody's kicking off.
"I've got it on the watch and the next five minutes is up and it's going off again. He's like 'No! no! no!' panicking like anything. He cottoned on after the second one."
