Millwall boss Gary Rowett has praised Leeds United loanee Charlie Cresswell after being omitted for the past four games.
Cresswell returned to the squad in Millwall's 2-1 victory over West Brom.
He started on the bench but was introduced at the start of the second half as Millwall climbed into the play-offs courtesy of a 90th-minute winner from Tyler Burey.
Rowett said: “Cressy showed a lot of character coming on after a tough period [out of the side].
"He has worked really hard and he's got his rewards because he played really, really well. He gave us a little bit of composure on the ball."
