Fredy Montero is believed to be a transfer target for Colombian club Millonarios according to futbolred.com.
It is believed that the Colombian champions may make a move for the 25-year old forward who permanently joined the Sounders from Deportivo Cali in 2011 following two seasons on loan.
Montero is also attracting interest from Mexican outfit Monterrey and Italian club Chievo Verona but Millionarios are looking to bring him back to Colombia's top flight.
