Striker Kenny Miller believes Rangers no longer being for sale is good news for the club. He told TalentNation.com: "Sir David Murray has decided to take Rangers off the market, so you would hope it means the club is in a better state than in the last year or two.

"I'm not saying it's back to normal at all, it's a similar situation throughout football.

"But the signs are looking more positive. Obviously, the fact Walter has decided to stay on for one more season is also a massive boost for everyone.

"Everybody at the club is delighted with his decision."
