Milan Skriniar is delighted to have penned a new deal with Inter Milan.

The defender has signed to 2023.

"I'm happy and proud to be able to wear this shirt for three more years," he told Sky Sport Italia.

“I broke up with my agent and negotiated with the club personally. We're a win away from returning to the Champions League, which is the most important thing. We want to get even better next season.

“I've grown very quickly at Inter. I did well in my first few matches for them and the Coach immediately gave me confidence.

“Let's think about our next two games first, then we can rest easy and think about shortening the gap with Juve. We have to start next season at 100 percent."
