Milan loanee Balotelli: 'I do not want to return to Liverpool'

Mario Balotelli has made it clear in no uncertain terms that he does not want to return to Liverpool next season.

Following a terrible period at Anfield, Balotelli re-joined AC Milan on loan at the start of the current campaign but the striker has continued to struggle at the San Siro.

It now looks like Milan will not turn their loan deal for Balotelli into a permanent one and a comeback to Liverpool seems a possibility for the 25-year-old.

However, Balotelli's time at Liverpool also may be up after the striker recently revealed that he is desperate to leave the Reds on a permanent basis over the summer.

The Italian striker told Mediaset Premium: "I want to stay at Milan.

"I do not want to return to Liverpool. I was never happy at Liverpool. Plus Milan have the money."
