Fiorentina coach Sinisa Mihajlovic says fans shouldn't be concerned with their low-key summer market .
The Viola's less than emphatic transfer campaign and failure to qualify for Europe has seen season ticket sales plummet.
"I did not demand any players from the club. We discussed with director Pantaleo Corvino what roles needed to be improved, but then he chose the individuals," the Coach told Radio Blu.
"Others may have spent more money, but the team that buys the biggest names doesn't necessarily win.
"Everyone must be motivated and always ready. I pick the players who give me the most confidence for each game, so everyone will have their chance."
