Middlesbrough attacker Marvin Emnes has no regrets rejecting a move to Swansea City.
Emnes scored two goals in five games on loan in Wales, including the winner at Cardiff City, and Swans boss Brendan Rodgers wanted to sign him permanently.
Instead, Emnes signed a new three-year deal in August and is "loving it".
He told the Daily Mail: "I am glad I stayed now, even though Swansea are in the Premier League, because we will be soon."
