ChampionshipMiddlesbrough have signed Serbia Under-21 international Milos Veljkovic from Tottenham in a youth loan deal. The 19-year-old defender will remain with Boro until mid-January, and will link up with fellow Spurs loanee Ryan Fredericks on Teesside.
