Former Argentina coach Cesar Menotti is impressed by the work of Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid.

Menotti feels Ancelotti's approach has helped the Real players this season.

He told Marca: "Ancelotti seems more tranquil, maybe with less of a sparkle; perhaps some footballers are better placed. He gives the impression that there is more peace at Real Madrid now; before there was more urgency."
