West Bromwich Albion boss Pepe Mel had no problem with James Morrison's outburst this week.

Morrison called the club a "soap opera" while away with the Scotland squad.

Mel said: "It's intelligent to adapt the style of play to what they want. It's important I can feel the chemistry between myself and the players. What Morrison was saying is that I'm the third coach here this season. It's not a pleasant situation for the players."
