West Bromwich Albion boss Pepe Mel has held crunch talks with his players after their derby defeat to Aston Villa.
Mel held a clear-the-air meeting with his players to ask why they fell apart against Aston Villa.
He said: "It should be impossible to score three goals away from home and not win. They were all mistakes.
"The team was nervous and I don't know why. So I talked to them and asked all of them their opinion.
"I think they enjoyed the meeting and I think what you will see against Liverpool is that we are together."
