Pepe Mel admits he has no assurances about next season from West Bromwich Albion's board.

The Spaniard is yet to win in six matches in charge.

"The only thing that's important for me is the day-to-day work. I'm not looking beyond that," he said.

"I understand perfectly the world of football but I'm extremely confident in my own work."
