Manchester United have progressed to the next round of the FA Youth Cup after a win over Salford City.

The Red Devils took on the lower league side in the third round of the FA Youth Cup in midweek.

Goals from Daniel Gore and Charlie McNeill were enough to book the United youngsters' passage into the next round.

The game took place at Moor Lane, with United dominating the action from start to finish.

United's youthful side will be hoping to reach their first FA Youth Cup final in nearly ten years.
