Former Aston Villa and Bayern Munich striker Alan McInally is a big fan of West Ham midfielder Declan Rice.

McInally has hailed Rice for his quality, insisting that he is a 'Rolls Royce' like Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk.

He told the Footy Accumulators' The Group Chat show: “I've spoken to McAvennie, I've spoken to Tony Cottee and to Tony Gale and some of the older boys at West Ham and they're all like 'they boy is unbelievable'.

“We talk about Van Dijk being a Rolls Royce, on my life, he is a Rolls Royce of a football player, Declan Rice.

“And at 21 years old what he has done so far, just wait to see the boy when he is 24, 25, he will be unbelievable.“
