Aston Villa midfielder John McGinn believes manager Steven Gerrard can improve them even more in the coming months.
The Birmingham-based club have been impressive since the appointment of the Liverpool legend, who left Rangers midway through the season to take the job.
McGinn, who is one of the outstanding midfielders for Villa, believes there is a lot more to come from the team.
He said, per Express and Star: "What we do have in common is we both play or played in midfield and we both want to win.
"It is an easy relationship from there. I am just trying to learn from him and Gary McAllister and trying to improve as a player. I still have a lot to learn and we are working closely together to try and get the best for the club and for myself."
