West Bromwich Albion defender Gareth McAuley admits new manager Tony Pulis won't suffer fools.
Pulis has won both his home games so far after the former Stoke and Crystal Palace boss introduced a no-nonsense approach.
McAuley said: "He is his own man and is very decisive in the way he wants us to play as a team and as a unit and that's his philosophy.
"Everyone knows the kind of character the gaffer is so no-one is going to step out of line or mess about."
