Watford captain Troy Deeney has spoken of Walter Mazzarri's team-first approach.
According to the Hornets striker, the Italian is not afraid to sub key players at any stage of a match if he feels a change is necessary.
Deeney was speaking in the wake of Watford's spirited 3-1 win over Manchester United on Sunday when he gave a further insight into the new Vicarage Road boss.
"He has not been afraid to take people off. I've been taken off. [Etienne] Capoue got taken off at the weekend," he told Sky Sports.
"It's not a case of Capoue is scoring, he has got to play. If he looks tired or he thinks it needs a change for the benefit of the team, you are out of the team.
"The team will always be bigger than the individual which is a good thing for everybody."
