Maxim Demin has taken 100 per cent ownership of Bournemouth.

Demin became co-owner of Bournemouth in 2011. In 2015, he sold 25 percent of the shares of the club to Peak6 Investments, but remained the majority shareholder.

He has now bought back that outstanding shareholding.

Bournemouth confirmed this morning:

"AFC Bournemouth Limited is now 100 per cent owned by AFCB Enterprises Ltd, following the acquisition of PEAK6 Football Holding LLC's 25 per cent shares.

"The club would like to thank PEAK6 Football Holdings LLC for their investment in and commitment to AFC Bournemouth since November 2015."
