Former Juventus midfielder Massimo Mauro is confident they will be title contenders.

Mauro believes Roma also will be in the mix, with the two clubs meeting eachother in the third round of the season.

He said on Italia1: "Juventus gets there well in the match against Roma, even if it is one of those matches that both teams cannot lose.

"In my opinion they are both stronger than last year.

"Bremer, (Angel) Di Maria and (Paul) Pogba last year (Max) Allegri did not have them and I am waiting for the excitement of being able to attend this match."
