Germany great Lothar Matthaus can see Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland moving to Real Madrid.
Matthaus hasn't been particularly impressed by Los Blancos this season.
Since losing Sergio Ramos, Cristiano Ronaldo, Raphael Varane and other players, Matthaus believes that Los Blancos have been left wanting.
"Real Madrid have lost their personality without Ramos," Matthaus said, before turning his attention to David Alaba, who has replaced the former captain in Madrid.
"He's a great player, but he doesn't have that same personality. He's not a leader like Ramos."
Haaland is someone who could bring a lot of personality to Real Madrid should they complete their wish of signing him.
"Haaland may end up at Bayern [Munich] after [Robert] Lewandowski," Matthaus added. "But not alongside him.
"Haaland would fit in better at Real Madrid with [Kylian] Mbappe."
