German legend Lothar Matthaus can't see Borussia Dortmund allowing Jadon Sancho to leave anytime soon.

BVB paid a knockdown £7m in compensation to Manchester City for Sancho in the summer - yet he is already being linked with a quick return to the Premier League.

However, Matthaus told The Sun: "Dortmund gave him a chance. Now he makes a difference. They bought him for only 7 million pounds. And they know that in three or four years, when it's time for Sancho to move on, they'll get a lot more than that.

"He does everything he does at high speed right now. To me he is a perfect player. His ability is instinctive, natural. You cannot learn that brilliance."
