Juan Mata has called on Chelsea teammates to take on more responsibility.

Chelsea have missed the leadership John Terry and Frank Lampard provide in particular.

But Mata says: "They have been playing here a long time and hopefully we can get them back as soon as possible.

"Apart from them, we have players who can do it and help with their experience, like Petr Cech and Branislav Ivanovic."
