Everton new boy Oumar Niasse believes Roberto Martinez can guide the club into the Champions League.
The Senegalese striker has been impressed with the Spaniard since arriving from Lokomotiv Moscow on deadline day and feels his influence mixed with experience and youth can see the Toffees eventually establish themselves in Europe's premier club competition.
"The coach? He's good. When you have a young team, with 21 or 22-year-olds playing good football it means they have someone good behind them, telling them how to play," he told Sky Sports News HQ.
"When I met him I knew he was good person also. He can build something with Everton, we just have to take it step by step. In the next few years we can play in the Champions League every time."
