Gabriel Martinelli has hailed Arsenal teammate Alexandre Lacazette as a 'top player'.

The Frenchman scored a double in the 3-0 win over Sheffield United, with Martinelli also bagging his first goal in 15 months.

Lacazette has scored 13 league goals this season, and his teammate was full of praise for his exploits after beating the Blades.

Martinelli said about Lacazette on Arsenal's official YouTube channel: "He is so good as a player.

"He is a top player, but as a person, he is a top person as well. I am so happy to have him in our squad."
