Martial concerned about Man Utd starting spot

Anthony Martial is concerned he will get enough first team opportunities under Jose Mourinho this season, according to reports from The Sun.

Frenchman Martial was signed by United for big money last summer and he managed to prove his worth, scoring 17 goals in all competitions in a promising debut campaign.

Martial is now considered as one of the hottest prospects in football but despite the 20-year-old's wonderful exploits last season, The Sun claim that he fears losing his spot in the United first team following the high profile arrivals of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

It is understood that former Monaco young gun Martial feels threatened by the arrival of Ibrahimovic in particular and is not too keen on having to settle for a spot on the left wing under Mourinho who is likely to deploy the Swede up front with captain Wayne Rooney in behind.
