Olympique Marsielle coach Jorge Sampaoli has mixed emotions seeing Lionel Messi join PSG.

While happy his former Argentina captain has left Barcelona for Ligue 1, Sampaoli has questioned how PSG can afford to sign the superstar.

The former Argentina coach said, "It reminds us that power is stronger than justice. Recruiting the best player in the world further increases the difference with other clubs.

"Thanks to Messi everyone will watch Ligue 1 but that also means that justice is moving away.

"Historic clubs like OM should be able to have the same budget to avoid there being too much of a difference."
