Marseille are threatening to throw a wrench into Tottenham's plans of signing Ryan Sessegnon.

Spurs were hoping to get a deal done for the 19-year-old left back before the close of the transfer window.

However, La Provenceare reporting that Marseille have also made an offer.

The England under-21 international was not very impressive in the Premier League for Fulham last season.

But he is still highly rated and Mauricio Pochettino wants him at Spurs.

Fulham want more than £30 million for Sessegnon.
