Newcastle remain keen on Olympique Marseille striker Bamba Dieng.

Newcastle have followed Dieng this season and are eager to sign the Senegal international this month.

Foot Mercato says no offer has yet been lodged, though OM are anticipating a bid to arrive before Monday night's deadline.

OM president Pablo Longoria is prepared to sell and has set an asking price of €15m to part with Dieng.

Dieng is currently at AFCON in Cameroon.
