Marseille and Stuttgart are competing against each other in an attempt to win the services of Chelsea defender Papy Djilobodji, according to reports from the Daily Star.
Djilobodji was a surprise signing by Chelsea from Nantes over the summer but the 27-year-old has featured in only a solitary minute of action for the Blues since his arrival.
As a result, it is widely expected that Djilobodji will be allowed to leave Chelsea in January and according to reports, French outfit Marseille want an initial loan with the view to a permanent deal while Bundesliga side Stuttgart are planning a loan move for the Senegalese defender.
Turkish club Besiktas are also showing significant interest.
