Juventus GM Beppe Marotta has admitted admiration for PSG pair Edinson Cavani and Marco Verratti.

Marotta admits he likes the idea of bringing Verratti back to Italy.

"It's obvious that many teams would want him. Juventus would like an operation of that kind, but for now it's fantasy football.

"Bringing [Marco] Verratti back to Italy would be a source of pride. To be honest we talked with him, we negotiated with Pescara.

"But evidently we weren't in a condition to negotiate for every player. On that occasion we made a decision and picked up Pogba.

"Given the option, of course we'd have purchased them all."
