Valencia great Mario Kempes has blasted club owner Peter Lim.

Kempes is angry by the state of Javi Gracia's team, despite Sunday's defeat of Real Madrid, and the state of the club.

He told El Transistor: "They are destroying not only the team but also the club, that is the problem.

"I don't know if they have spent as much as they have sold because the business has been done between (Jorge) Mendes and the boss (Lim).

"Everything stays at home because all the players are theirs and Nuno (Espírito Santo) because now at Wolverhampton they also have their footballers.

"There are people who may not even know how to speak Spanish.

"But if you are not interested in money and you want to ruin a club, which is what they are doing, perfect ..."
