Marine manager Neil Young is delighted with their deal for Shamal George.

The Liverpool goalkeeper has joined Marine on-loan.

"Shamal is a fantastic signing for us at this stage of the season and I know how keen he is to come and play games and do well," he said.

“I would like to thank Liverpool Football Club for their assistance with the loan agreement."

Shamal, 21, is a third year professional at Liverpool and has previously had spells at Carlisle and Tranmere.
