Marco Giampaolo has been named new coach of Empoli.
Giampaolo succeeds Maurizio Sarri, who has taken charge of Napoli.
Empoli confirmed the appointment last night:
"Empoli FC announces that it has entrusted the technical guidance of the first team to Marco Giampaolo."
