Former Lazio goalkeeper, Luca Marchegiani says Juventus have been plagued by individual errors during the season.

Juve could only draw with Torino on Saturday as their top four hopes hang by a thread. An error from Dejan Kulusevski led to Toro's goal.

Marchegiani said, “It's a constant.
