Marcelo is happy to be back in training with Real Madrid.

The veteran has stressed that he and his teammates are looking forward to football getting back underway.

"We have never spent so much time without training on the pitch and the desire to play football has increased since we stopped playing," he told Real Madrid TV.

"Now we are closer to starting again and the desire only increases.

"We have to take the positive side of everything and we are already used to the routine.

"It's not like we were before, but everything is fine.

"We are all healthy and the workouts that we are doing help us recover our desire.

"After being so long without touching the ball on the pitch, you lose the feeling a little, but now we are waiting for the games to start."
