Marc Cucurella is delighted with his first months at Brighton.
The wing-back joined the Seagulls in August from Getafe.
He told Marca: "Things are going better for me than I expected, football here is totally different and I noticed it the first day. From then on I have not had any problems and the team is playing great games.
"I do not know if the Premier is better or worse than LaLiga, but it is more entertaining. In Spain there is much more order and the matches are decided by small details and here everything is more open. Here you play to attack, to win the game and the footballer has a great time. He hadn't enjoyed it so much for a long time. It's spectacular.
"The Premier has a great impact, they bet on young people and have a more colorful football. It is an important step for young people who want to play with the greats of world football."
Cucurella added on Getafe: "I follow my teammates a lot. The thing is not completely fine, but if you start badly, the nerves come. However, we are talking about a great squad, good players and I am sure that when they get the first victory everything will be great."
