Inter Milan striker Hernan Crespo is the subject of interest from Valencia. Valencia are keen to bring Crespo to Spain in January and Inter president Massimo Moratti has been encouraged to accept the deal by Argentine legend Diego Maradona.

Maradona is advising Moratti on potential Argentine transfers and has urged Moratti to demand Valencia include midfielder Ever Banega in exchange for Crespo.

Banega is currently on-loan at Atletico Madrid.
