Italy coach Roberto Mancini believes Maurizio Sarri will move to Juventus a better coach for his year with Chelsea.
Chelsea and Juve have agreed a €7m compo fee for the Italian manager, who is now set to be confirmed new Juve coach.
Mancini told Sky Italia: "Sarri at Juventus? The Italian coaches who go to foreign leagues have an extraordinary experience.
"It will surely be good for Italian football, Sarri is even better prepared.
"I don't know how Juventus will play, certainly the Bianconeri will make other purchases to improve the squad."
