Man Utd's Ronaldo: I'm still improving

Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo believes he's improved this season.

The Portuguese star has netted 37 times in all competitions this season, with 27 of those goals coming in the Premier League.

He was rested for the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final victory over Roma on Wednesday but is sure to be restored to the starting line-up for Sunday's top-flight clash with Arsenal.

The 23-year-old says he is "happy" with the improvement he has made this season, but reckons he could get even better.

He said: "I am sure I am a better player now than I was one year ago.

"I hope that trend continues. I definitely have more chances now and that is because my team-mates help me.

"This squad is the best I have been involved in since joining United. It is more consistent and more mature than any other side."
