Man Utd's Park ready to make comeback in South Korea friendlies

Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung is set to gain some much-needed competitive action this week.

The Times says Park has declared himself ready to return for South Korea in their forthcoming matches away to Denmark and Serbia, after missing the past 11 United matches with a knee injury.

South Korea are eager to field the United midfielder, despite both games being friendlies.

"I am in good enough shape to play in the friendlies," Park told The Korea Times.

"If it is possible, I want to play in both matches."
