Manchester United's youngsters are rallying around the senior players after Sunday's humiliation by Manchester City.

United are back in action tonight in the Carling Cup at Aldershot.

Youth player John Cofie hinted at the abuse Rio Ferdinand copped via Twitter in the derby aftermath when saying: "I no alot of ppl are probs devastated by result today but theres no need for the harsh comments to @rioferdy5 must have been a hard game 4 them!"
