Sancho played a bit part role for the Three Lions during the tournament, as they reached the final and went on to lose to Italy on penalties.
The young forward, who signed for United from Borussia Dortmund this summer, missed a penalty in the shoot out against Italy, but does not let that detract from his experiences at the tournament.
"I would say so (on Euro 2020 being the best five weeks of his life)," Sancho said, per UMM.
"It was a big stage for me - my first major tournament with my national team. But also one of my biggest downs, obviously missing the penalties and receiving the racial abuse.
"But the team are fantastic. The month we were there, it was a great feeling playing in front of our home crowd and the mandem supporting."
